Responsible for preparing documents to initiate and close loans.  Reviews loan application and set-up sheet, prints credit report, performs data entry to create loan documents, prepares authorization and verifications forms for mailing, assembles documents and forwards file to underwriter or loan officer for final review prior to loan closing. 

Requirements include basic understanding of lending policies and procedures; compliance policies and procedures; disclosures and banking regulations; and real estate laws pertaining to liens.  A minimum of two to three years of loan processing experience is required.



Performs various data processing duties; assists employees and customers in troubleshooting and monitoring operational activities.  Reviews merchant and branch capture data and resolves issues.  Maintains online banking information for retail and business customers, including initial business online customer set-up; assists retail and business online customers with bill pay issues.  Assists with mobile banking issues. Serves as the backup to the position that handles all the returned items for the bank.  Must be detail oriented.
