Employees that have a regularly scheduled position of 30 hours or more per week are eligible for the benefits program. Coverage begins the first day of the month following your date of hire. Eligible employees may cover their spouses and/or dependent children.

Our dental plan, through Guardian, encourages proactive preventive care and helps offset the cost of major services. Our vision plan, also through Guardian, provides coverage for exams, glasses and contact lenses.
You also may be eligible to contribute to an FSA to save for and pay for eligible health care related expenses. You contribute before tax dollars, and you don't pay taxes on the money you use to pay for eligible expenses. Our FSA benefits are administered by TASC.

We've got you covered with CBT-paid term life insurance and accidental death and disbursement protection. The coverage is provided through Mutual of Omaha and is paid 100% by the Bank. In addition, the Bank provides term life insurance for your spouse and dependent children at no cost to you.
You may also purchase additional term life insurance and accidental death and disbursement protection for you and your eligible dependents through Mutual of Omaha.
CBT provides short-term income protection for employees that meet eligibility requirements. The plan is provided at no cost to you. Short-term medical leave may replace an employee's income for up to six months, based on a specific schedule.
We also offer you the option to purchase long-term disability insurance through Mutual of Omaha. Our long disability plan replaces 60 percent of your pay. The benefits are paid directly to you on a monthly basis and begin after the elimination period of 180 days of absences due to a covered accident or illness.
CBT offers voluntary policies for Accident, Cancer and Critical Illness coverage through Guardian. These benefits are supplemental to major medical insurance and are designed to offer you and your family financial support in the onset of a major illness or the occurrence of an accident.
With the CBT 401(k) Plan, you decide how to save and invest. Make before-tax and/or Roth after-tax contributions from your pay into the investments you select. You are always 100% vested in your 401(k) account. A new participant enters the plan on the first plan entry date, after fulfillment of the plans age and service requirements.
The ESOP is a non-contributory plan completely funded by the Bank. The contributions are based on your annual compensation. A new participant enters the plan on the first plan entry date once eligible. To be eligible, you must (1) complete one year of service in which you worked at least 1,000 hours ; (2) be employed on December 31; and (3) have attained 21 years of age. The Bank will make an annual Safe Harbor contribution equal to 3% of your eligible compensation. The Safe Harbor contribution is fully vested and non-forfeitable at all times. The Board determines the contribution amount on an annual basis. Vesting is based on a schedule.

CBT observes six paid holidays per calendar year.
PTO combines traditional vacation and sick time to give employees more flexibility on when and how they utilize paid time off. PTO is accrued each pay period, based on the number of hours you work. Employees with less than 10 years of service receive an equivalent up to 20 days off per year and employees with 10 or more years receive an equivalent up to 25 days off per year.
Use before-tax dollars to pay for eligible day care expenses. This FSA is administered by TASC.
